What Can I Expect in My First Session?

You can anticipate a thorough review of your medical history, a physical examination, and a diagnostic assessment, leading to the development of a treatment plan tailored to your needs.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

The number of sessions recommended will depend on your individual circumstances, with the aim of supporting your health goals.

How Long Do Appointments Last?

Initial sessions are scheduled to allow sufficient time for a comprehensive assessment, typically lasting about an hour, while follow-up sessions may vary, generally ranging from 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your treatment plan.

What Should I Bring to My Appointment?

It’s helpful to bring any relevant medical records or imaging, such as X-rays or MRI scans, and a list of current medications to provide a comprehensive overview of your health status.

What Should I Wear to a Session?

Choosing loose, comfortable clothing is recommended to facilitate easy movement and access to the treatment area.

How to Prepare for an Appointment?

Preparing any relevant medical reports or imaging and being ready to discuss your medical history and current symptoms will assist in ensuring a focused and efficient consultation.
