What is Podiatry?
Podiatrists are focused on the diagnosis and treatment of conditions affecting the feet, ankles and lower limbs.

Disorders of the foot can occur for many reasons, including injury, arthritis, diabetes, deformities or congenital conditions. Podiatrists treat these conditions with a variety of methods, including exercise and stretching, manual manipulation, shockwave therapy, and orthotics (custom-made arch supports).
The prevention of foot problems is also a key role played by podiatrists. They can advise on footwear, exercise, and other steps to keep your feet healthy.
