TMJ Disorder
TMJ disorder is a term used to collectively identify pain associated with the main joint and/or the muscles surrounding the joint.
Symptoms
- Pain in the face, jaw, ear or inside the mouth
- Clicking, locking or grinding sensations upon opening/ closing the jaw
- Limited range of motion of the joint
- Pain within the tissues that help to control jaw movement
- Headache
- Toothache
